A 42-year-old woman is seeking a reliable and compassionate female support worker to assist with day-to-day living. The client is totally blind and requires support with general household duties, daily living tasks, and parenting responsibilities. This role also involves providing emotional and social support, as well as assistance in maintaining regular contact with her 5-year-old son. |
| Hours and rate of pay | Wednesdays:
· 2:30pm – Collect client from Letchworth · Travel to Hitchin to collect her son from school · Return to Letchworth and provide support at home · 6:30pm – Drop son back to his father in Hitchin Weekend (Saturday or Sunday): · 10:00am – Collect son from his father in Hitchin · Support client and son at home in Letchworth · 3:00pm – Return son to his father in Hitchin (£19.45 per hour) |

| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:

Current CV Current DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Full, clean driving licence with business insurance Public liability insurance Ability to work on a self-employed basis
