Rate of Pay:
Daytime – £11 – £12.50 per hour depending on experience
Awake nights £12.50-13.50 per hour per hour depending on experience
Weekends – 12.50-13.50 per hour depending on experience
Bank holidays- Time ½ on both rates above
Hours available: –
Term time hours:
Mornings – 8am-10am
Afternoon 2pm-6pm
Nights – 11pm-8am
Weekend – various hours available
Nights – Various shifts available
Schools holidays:
Monday – Friday 9 or 10am start to 5pm
Weekends – Various times available
Job Description:
Personal Assistant needed to support my lovely 17-year-old daughter in our home with all her daily needs. She has numerous medical issues including daytime apnoea and seizures.
However, even with all her medical problems, she remains a happy young lady who is loved by everyone.
Full training will be given including suction, nebulisers. Oxygen (breathing), stats monitor,CPR, moving and handling, gastrostomy button epilepsy training
Experience or Qualifications:
Applicants need to be confident and flexible, preferably with experience of working with children/teenagers
I also need to have a driver who holds a UK driving licence for insurance purposes.
You will also need access to a vehicle to access our home as we do not live on a bus route.
Additional hours may become available and you may be required to cover for other PA’s whilst they are on Annual leave or Sick, so I am looking for someone who is flexible.
Annual leave accrued on hours worked.
