| About me | I am a 21 year old man, living with vision loss due to a degenerative condition. I am largely independent at home. I’m looking for someone to support me mainly with cooking/meal preparation and also social activities such as going out for a coffee whilst maintaining independence. |
| Hours and rate of pay | Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 4 per week (Flexible-mainly weekdays, some weekends optional)

| What you would be doing… | · Providing support with safe meal preparation
· Providing support with social activities, such as going out for coffee · Be mindful of safety while promoting confidence.

| The person I would like… | I would like someone reliable and flexible, who is
kind, patient with an easy going personality. Someone with good communication skills who is respectful of my independence and personal choices.
A rewarding role supporting someone to live independently. Flexible, low hour commitment. Opportunity to build a positive working relationship. Experience in care/support work is helpful but not required. Driving licence and access to a car preferred but not essential
