| About the Direct Payment Holder | 13 year old young person with a diagnosis of profound bilateral sensori‑neural hearing loss, acquired brain injury, global developmental delay and a likely autism diagnosis soon.

| Hours and rate of pay hours | £12.50 per hour, 83 hours to be used flexibly at either the weekend and/or school holiday time.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.

| What you would be doing… | Supporting with getting out in the community, life skills and days out, helping to boost confidence, to broaden her interests and support to develop her independence skills. |
| Required skills and experience | Knowledge/Experience of Acquired Brain Injury.
British sign language is desirable but not essential. Driving License and use of own car is essential (Car insurance with business use is a mandatory requirement). It is very important that you are reliable, have good timekeeping, strong communication skills, a bubbly personality, a good sense of humour, and a kind and caring nature, with similar interests to M so that she can relate to you.
