Elderly recently widowed 91 year old lady requires help with the smooth running of day to day life. She has no mobility issues but lacks confidence to leave her bungalow on her own. She has short term memory problems so all appointments are noted down on calendar for day to day reference. Lives in Cottenham, Cambridge.

| Hours and rate of Pay | 2 lunchtimes/afternoons per a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5 – 7 hours per week. Hours can have some flexibility
Preference is for self employed basis. Hourly rate offered is £16

| What you would be doing… |
Main duties are food shopping, meal planning and preparing and cooking traditional meals to enable her to have a reasonable balanced diet. Also accompany her on any local appointments i.e hairdressers Co –op shopping

| The person I would like… | Looking for someone who is reliable, honest and trustworthy and who enjoys caring for others who are advanced in years and need additional support to remain comfortably living in their own home.
Someone able to give companionship, has patience and generally provide lifestyle support so she can continue living as independently as possible.
