A single mother of four children aged 4–11 is looking for a compassionate and capable female Personal Assistant to join her small team, providing support in a busy, neurodivergent family home. She lives with a range of chronic health conditions including ADHD, EDS, Hemiplegic Migraine, Lipedema, and suspected Fibromyalgia. She uses a wheelchair and may require assistance with transfers and personal care during more challenging days. This role is primarily ad-hoc, with hours required during school holidays, to cover existing PA absences, and as needed to support key appointments and household routines. The family environment is warm, welcoming, and values openness, mutual respect, and understanding of neurodivergent needs.

What you would be doing… |
Female PA (due to personal care requirements) Must have a car with business insurance Willing to undertake personal care (light level), food preparation (vegetarian and meat-based meals), and household tasks Willing to undergo training for use of wheelchair hoist and in-home systems Comfortable with pets (cat, tortoise, axolotl, and a young female cockerpoo) Must be able to work as part of a small PA team This advert complies with the Sex Discrimination Act (1975) Section 7 (2b).
