| About the Direct Payment Holder | A gentleman with physical disabilities and neurological conditions is seeking a PA to join a very small team of PAs to be available for ad hoc cover of annual leave/sickness/respite. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | 27 hours per week – 7 days per week – 3.5/4 hours of support per day |

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| What you would be doing… | Seeking a PA to offer ad hoc cover. Duties include personal care, light household chores, shopping, cooking and attending medical appointments. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking someone who has a caring nature, kind and respectful.
Pro-active with good timekeeping.
