| About the Direct Payment Holder | A young man with Autism who has an interest in creating short films for his You Tube channel requires a PA/ Support Buddy to support him with his life admin, arranging and attending appointments, visiting new places and socialising. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | £12.21 per hour
3 hours per week – flexibility with days and times |

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| What you would be doing… | You will be supporting the young man in his home with admin tasks, arranging and attending appointments, offering encouragement in maintaining a clean environment and healthy lifestyle.
You will encourage and support the young man visiting new places and socializing and in turn building his confidence. |
| Required skills and experience | Someone with a positive outlook who will encourage the young man to achieve his potential.
Preferably someone who will be able to support the young man in the community and blend in appearing more as a friend rather than a carer. An understanding of Autism & Learning Difficulties would be an advantage.
