| About the Direct Payment Holder | A young happy teenage boy who suffers with mobility issues and is completely wheelchair dependant is seeking a PA to support him. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | £15 per hour
5 hours per week – Thursday afternoon/evening – 3.30pm – 8.30pm

| Location | Leavesden, Watford |
| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Children • Paediatric first aid • Moving and handling
|
| What you would be doing… | You will offer companionship and support the young teenage boy with meal prep and feeding, personal care and getting ready for bed. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a PA who is fun, friendly, energetic and patient. Previous experience of supporting children or young adults with disabilities is essential |
