| About the Direct Payment Holder | A 40-year-old lady who enjoys cooking, baking, crafting and watching TV is seeking a PA or 2 PAs to work as a team to support her with daily living tasks so she can live as independently as possible. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | 10 ½ hours per week
Monday – Friday Morning: between 7.30/7.45 – 8.30/8.45am – One hour for support with personal care. Evening: 9pm-9.30pm – Half hour for support with medication/personal care/getting ready for bed. Saturday/Sunday Lunch: 2.30-3.30pm – One hour for support with personal care. Evening: 9pm-9.30pm – Half hour for support with medication/personal care/getting ready for bed.
