| About the Direct Payment Holder | Seeking a compassionate and reliable female Personal Assistant (PA) to support a 66-year-old gentleman residing in Potters Bar. The gentleman manages various ongoing health conditions, including osteoarthritis, back spasms, insomnia, and digestive issues, and he requires support with daily activities to enhance his quality of life and maintain his independence. |
| Hours and rate of pay | 5 hours weekly, divided as 2.5 hours per day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. (12 – 2:30pm) Self Employed |

| What you would be doing… |
Accompany the client for light shopping, short walks, and outings to local cafes. Assist with errands, including picking up medications from the pharmacy. Provide support with personal care, ensuring comfort and safety. Offer companionship, engaging him in casual conversation and friendly interaction. |
| Required skills and experience |
Prior experience with older adults, particularly those managing multiple health conditions, is preferred.
Candidates with a background in caregiving, healthcare, or similar support roles would be ideal.
Knowledge of osteoarthritis and chronic pain management would be advantageous.
Must have a valid driver’s licence, own car, and appropriate insurance for transporting the client to appointments and outings.
