The third job role is to take on emergency work as a bank staff member. This would be at £14.30 per hour and would be as and when needed. You may receive as little as 2 hours notice prior to working. Shifts for this will vary from 2 hours to 6 hours. A driver with their own car is essential. When applying for the role, please state if you are interested in this particular position.

I am looking for a personal assistant to help with general housekeeping, able to cook basic nutritious meals, do shopping, run errands and have excellent cleaning and housekeeping skills. Able to do laundry, ironing, cleaning and resolve any issues that arise around the house when needed without being asked. Demonstrating initiative is important. Help with some personal care tasks such as hair washing and applying creams to my back are also required but vary along with my health.

Must possess good quality administration skills, a good telephone manner and ability to navigate NHS system in booking, re arranging doctors and hospital appointments and obtaining medications when needed and correcting any mistakes made by the overburdened medical system.

Tasks and responsibilities are subject to evolve over time.

We need our peace and quiet and require someone of a happy, quiet disposition with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without being prompted.

We value diversity and encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.

Experienced carers/personal assistants and those with no experience at all are equally welcome to apply.

You must possess a strong willingness to learn to be guided in what to do to be a successful personal assistant.

I have severe multiple chemical and fragrance sensitivities/intolerances, meaning I cannot tolerate many perfumes and the majority of laundry detergents leave me dangerously ill over time. Please be willing to have a set/s of clothes you would use for the days you work for me that only get washed in the laundry detergent I am able to tolerate, (I am willing to provide the laundry detergent for this if it is only for the clothes used here on the days you work for me), and to not wear perfume, hairspray or any perfumed things on the days you work for me too.
