Coronavirus: Purple Update
On this page we will update you, as a Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget holder on the latest news about how Purple is continuing to deliver services for you during the Covid-19 outbreak.
It is currently business as usual and we have plans in place to change working arrangements in order to achieve our number one priority to continue to get payments made, via payroll, invoices, HMRC or pension payments.
We ask that you send enquiries by email rather than by telephone as some staff may be working outside of the office. This will be a more effective means of communication at this time. As we will be focused on making payments we will prioritise emails about payments and may therefore take
a little longer to reply to routine enquiries.
