Becoming a Purple Partner is for organisations with experience of disability issues who are wanting to go deeper and faster on a range of identified activities and/or initiatives. For most partners this involves addressing a combination of employee, consumer and supply chain related issues. The key principle of this membership is to support the acceleration of activities drawing on the substantial experience and expertise of Purple.
Purple help businesses better understand how accessible they are to a wide range of disabled users including their customers and employees. We can audit their digital, physical and people assets whilst setting out clear recommendations for improvements with priority ratings to enable effective planning for necessary adjustive work.
Purple offers support to organisations across the UK to help them achieve all three levels of the Governments Disability Confident accreditation scheme. Purple also administers an international register for organisations based outside of the UK who have met the standards in line with the UK’s accreditation scheme.
At Purple, we are tackling the disability employment gap by changing the conversation around disability. We are all different and we want to help celebrate this difference.
Purple working in partnership with a leading disability jobs board provider is for organisations that are looking not only to advertise their roles but with the aim of attracting more applications from talented disabled candidates.
