Our aim at Purple is, and has always been, to provide accessible services for all our customers. We strive to continue to progress, and we realise there is still more to do in this area in order for us to become fully accessible to all of our customers, but we are determined to ensure we do it.
We take our responsibilities in this area very seriously, and regularly engage with our disability community to access their knowledge about their accessibility requirements, and how best to improve our products and services. We welcome the insight that this regular dialogue brings.
Our products and services are about building business confidence and understanding of the disability market, getting disabled people into rewarding careers and providing support services for disabled people with Personal Budgets.
